If you have Win 7/8 you should be able to mount an ISO image without an additional mounting software. If you need an ISO mount software Daemon is included on the CD. You'll want to mount DiagBox 7.02 ISO - make sure to have your laptop plugged in at this point. DiagBox will not install without it being plugged in. Mount the image. Install & Activation Run the setup.exe.

Logiciel Actia Psa Xs Evolution

Once it's done you will get to the activation screen, select the third option. Then enter this customer code: 1234567 Hit the green button again and it will start installing Lexia & PP2000 (tools). This will fail if you don't have the required free memory. Once done hit the green button again until you get here: Enter this information: 6 1's in Address; 8 1's in Post Code & Car-Phone Select the X on this screen & start working your way out of closing the program http://i.imgur.com/AGnlvFY.png.

Updating DiagBox Reopen the DiagBox.exe that's now installed on your computer. It will update itself to v7.02. Once that's done close it.

Now we need to copy a file from C: AWRoot bin fi called 'APPDIAG.SYS' Paste it on your desktop & save it for later. Now we start running the update files one by one. Meaning after an update installs, run the new DiagBox.exe and wait for that to finish the update. Rinse & Repeat until you get to v7.30. The access code for these updates is 'scary01'.

I restarted my computer after every update but you can install them back to back. After the last update to DiagBox 7.30, restart the computer. Once booted back disable your internet, and move your saved 'APPDIAG.SYS' back to C: AWRoot bin fi.

Run DiagBox.exe & connect the cables to your laptop and OBD2 Port. DiagBox 7.30 At this point we'll go into the car's ETAC. Don't worry, as we haven't applied a patch yet to let you write.

The zip file with the patch will be attached but please don't patch until you do a run through/practice run of the software to get used to it and to know what to watch out for. Select Citroen C-Crosser or Peugeot 4007 - I tend to go with the C-Crosser. I have to stop here with DiagBox because I don't have the car atm. A tip if you're doing the install before this How To is done: the 'Green Check' means 'select' - the 'Double Gears' means 'write' - to go back there will be a left arrow on the bottom left. There will be a pop up where the last line of it says 'Do you want to automatically configure.'

SELECT THE RED 'X' NOT THE GREEN ARROW. Here's a quote from another forum to get to the ETAC for now. Here are my steps so far. Items I selected are highlighted in blue.

Start Diagbox program Peugeot ((Citreon) 4007 (C-Crosser) Validate VIN (Check mark) Diagbox Repair Global Test runs Built-in System interface (BSI) ETACSSUV? Screen Configuration Manual Configuration Switch on Ignition' screen Check mark Vehicle Configuration Programming By Default Screen says: There are two ways to configure list of default parameters: Do you want to configure the default parameters automatically?

X TLCD Patch CAUTION: Again, please make sure to practice using the program to access your car's ETAC before applying this patch. Download the TLCD.zip file attached. Open it up (if you need a rar program I recommend 7zip) and extract TLCD.exe to C: AWRoot dtrd comm XMLTLCD.

Once extracted run the exe and it should delete some files. At this point you'll be able to bypass the Service Tech Code to write. Again please 'X' out when the popup 'Do you want to automatically configure.' Each and every time. Also always run the program while disconnected from the internet as it will try to automatically update and configure your car. This is pretty cool, sub'd for more info. Did you happen to find out if you can keep TC off by default?

Also do you have to have the OEM nav screen for this, since I seen in your other thread you were changing the settings through your nav touch screen. For TC it looks like you can only fully disable it. I have to look through it again to confirm.

You won't be able to have it on and just have it straight to ASC Off though. Once you disable it you won't be able to toggle through it on, off and off. Again, I'll double check in a few though:) You don't need the OEM Nav to change anything.

The OEM Nav just let me change things after I started messing with it, but it isn't a prereq as you can just change it with your laptop and DiagBox. Updates have been made, and I will be continuing to update it. If something is missing recheck the thread for any updates. I've reinstalled this like 10-15 times to make sure I get everything I need. Installation part should be covered. Has anyone tried to see if this will connect with a Tactrix? The only reason I ask is because in the SST Update thread, they have successfully been able to flash the SST using the MUT III software but using a Tactrix instead.

Windows 7 xdark deluxe 5.2. MARK: ALL IMAGES ARE CREATED FROM A V-BOX!

So I was curious to see weather that same thing could be used with DiagBox now that we have the files to use. I think people have tried but it doesn't work.

I don't really think it's a high priority, I'd rather the SST thing be done lol. No sorry I'm talking about diagbox. As far as I can tell it is working 100% perfectly on the pc end because I can write to the cable, change drivers all that.

It just never autodetects the VIN of the car, which means its not detecting the etacs. I really don't know why.

I don't know why that wouldn't work either. I know at first it wouldn't read the VIN but I just kept attempting it (select C-Crosser, no VIN, return, select C-Crosser again) until it picked it up by itself. I'll double check if there is a specific driver installation.

The OEM Nav just let me change things after I started messing with it, but it isn't a prereq as you can just change it with your laptop and DiagBox Sorry I'm a bit confused. Once you disable it, you basically set it to off and off with no way to go to off or on, correct? Also, do the lights come up on the dash if you disable it?

Would this thing be able to reset the sas and abs? My honest answer would be I don't know, but I feel like someone has done this. I'll have to double check. Sorry I'm a bit confused. Once you disable it, you basically set it to off and off with no way to go to off or on, correct?

Also, do the lights come up on the dash if you disable it? That's my bad, I usually explain things in a confusing manner, but yes you are correct. The lights won't show. I'll have to double check this though as I haven't played with the settings.

Just found out that you can change the 'tire circumference' which recalibrated my speedometer to read correctly now. Don't know if it changes anything with the S-AWC system yet, though my turns have become more 'lively'. Placebo effect?

Absolutely lol. I'm going to reinstall it all today. Didn't get to this weekend. I have a PHYSICAL car inspection coming up for Massachusetts which really sucks, so I won't try disabling them until after I get it back. Haha, they check the TPMS as well??

Try to install Diagbox and update it to 7.30, then open it and when it gets to the main screen plug the USB in. I'm still trying to find out the specific USB driver. I know mine just installed the driver with the USB plugged in. I need my own laptop. Have you tried DiagBox yet?

It's pretty simple to use. Vadimus is just working on compiling bugs and issues, which might take a while. DiagBox is great as the alternative though.

I have it installed, but my cable won't interface with my car and Diagbox. Its not being recognized. I may have an older firmware on my cable.so idk if the 7.30 is compatible. I might have to downgrade to 5.xx.problem is, I was never able to install it. Maybe because of bad Chinese translated directions to English.

Its finally working. Sigh of relief. Thanks for the help man. Disabled TPMS aka.underinfaltion sensor or whatever.and DRLs on my SSS. Does this work on MRs too? Someone told me that it wouldn't. Haha no problem!

Yea underinflation sensor:P It should work on MRs, it won't hurt to try because if it isn't compatible it wont show up. I see no reason why it wouldnt work though. If you have different size tires than stock, changing the 'Tyre Circumference' to the correct mm size will calibrate the speedometer, just a random fyi.

There's other stuff you can play around with. Dont change the Drivetrain though, keep it at '2 wheel or 4 wheel'. XFonts, I tried your howto and i got connection. I haven't used TLCD fix so haven't mod anything yet.

First thing I noticed during GLOBAL TEST Built-In Interface - ECU not Recognised Injection/Ignition - Communication Error ABS/Traction control - ECU not Recognised and so on Is this normal? I only got an update to 7.24 now. The final update in your link is 7.34. I could still select BSI and see Programming by default and vehicle options. Took snapshots and be familiar with the default settings of my etacs. Update: DO NOT USE WITH MR/RALLIART! Just figured this out using it on an MR.

Diagbox has a bug with the SST where once flashed it keeps the SST in park. The SST won't react to you switching to drive/nuetral/reverse as it no longer is able to communicate with the car. It has to do with the state of the car shutting off before the SST has time to let the ECU know what gear its in. To fix it you would have to flash the original state, which luckily Diagbox does record a log of.

You would then need to get ETACSDecoder to flash it back. Vadimusca on evom will help you at that point to set it up but its better to not even get there. If you want the benefits of the Actia XS with and MR/Ralliart you would need to download ETACSDecoder and flash it with that.

Its a long process but again vadimus will help. I'll make a seperate thread once I understand how the make the needed drivers work. So this is just a caution/warning for those with the SST drivetrain to no use Diagbox. These are the steps to get into all the settings.

You shouldn't need to get into Lexia, just Diagbox. Start Diagbox program Peugeot (Citreon) 4007 (C-Crosser) Validate VIN (Check mark) Diagbox Repair Global Test runs Built-in System interface (BSI) ETACSSUV? Screen Configuration Manual Configuration Switch on Ignition' screen Check mark Vehicle Configuration Programming By Default Screen says: There are two ways to configure list of default parameters: Do you want to configure the default parameters automatically? X Also, I would try and get etacsdecoder setup and use that. Here's the link to the forum where you need to sign up and download the program & driver.

I think he made it easy to get the driver setup. Once installed, run and select Menu ETACS Connect to Adapater (Make sure the ignition is 'on') That will get you to the settings and change whatever you need.

Logiciel

Once done with the changes, do Encode Write to ETACS. You should hear a click and lights blink. Turn the car off and then back 'on'.

PSA XS EVOLUTION Diagbox Product Name: PSA XS EVOLUTION Diagbox Part No.: YH016 Net Weight: 1.5KG Description: Dealer diagnostic scanner for comprehensive Citroen and Peugeot cars diagnostic. You can do all as the authorized dealers do. This diagnostic software allows you to perform complete diagnostics of all Citroen and Peugeot cars from 1995 till present models. Diagnostics is performed via OBD-II connector (which is located near steering wheel) or via manufacturer-specific connector (only older cars, pre-year 2001).

Supported Functions: Unlike other universal car scanner tools which only read fault codes, this software performs nearly ALL the functions like the original dealer diagnostic tool. Our diagnostic interface contains K-Line multiplexor, CAN-BUS interfaces and SAE J1850 bus (both PWM and VPW). The following diagnostic functions are supported: - Read identification Displays complete identification of control unit, e.g. Part number, software/hardware version, manufacturer, etc.

Read fault codes Displays all stored and pending fault codes with complete description (e.g. 'Rail pressure - too low pressure'). Program supports report printing or copy to clipboard. Clear fault codes This function clears all stored fault codes and other diagnostic information. Auto-scan (complete car scan/test) Detects all ECUs (electronic control units) installed in car and reads all diagnostic fault codes. Measured Values Program displays live Data like Engine Speed, Battery voltage, Oxygen Sensor, Coolant Temperature, etc.

Values can be displayed in graph, 9 values at once, or full listing (all measured values). Logging to file is also supported, which allows offline analysis. Actuator test Actuator test activates particular actuator (e.g. Turn on fuel pump, lock/unlock wheel, lock/unlock doors, cut off fuel, etc.) - Programming functions/Adaptation This feature is of great importance in all vehicles because systems like Engine control units, Immobilizers, Airbags, Alarms, Body Control Units, and some others, require you to perform reset or programming procedures after car repair is done, or even configuration after replacing broken Control Unit. Hardware and software requirements Software requires at least Intel Celeron/Pentium III 400 MHz, 128 MB RAM, 50MB free HDD space and USB 1.1 port (USB 2.0 recommended) and Microsoft Windows 98 SR2/2000/XP with the latest service pack installed.
